Communication Team is a newly formed group that is currently focusing on establishing effective communication within the church itself. The goal of this group is to eventually be the “go-to” group with any communication need, both within the church and in regards to reaching the community at large. A particular goal is to include community events of importance to families, as well as to connect Redeemer more effectively with community activites and resources. Electronic communication is currently being updated to reflect the changing global communication needs. Print media is always a critical part of communication, as is the production piece involved in printing and collation of the newsletter and other print products. The aim of the Communication Team is to connect church members, staff, and community by creating cooperation and interdependence in regards to sharing resources in order to enhance the spiritual and physical health of the entire community, especially the health and wellness of families.
