The Personnel Committee will be a standing committee of the new Leadership Board made up of three or four trustworthy individuals familiar with the requirements and needs of Redeemer's staff members and pastor. This important ministry board will perform quarterly reviews with the pastor and each staff member, setting salaries in accordance to performance and District guidelines. Appropriate compensation for our servant leaders is a critical part of the operation of God’s church. Performance and salaries should be monitored and addressed regularly.

Budget and Finance Committee

This committee is led by the Treasurer and Financial Secretary and has the important task of monitoring, recording, and reporting the cash flow of the congregation, as well as developing an annual budget. All areas of finance will transition through this group of four to six individuals. A high standard of honesty and integrity is required.
Constant communication as to the status of our finances is essential to the health of the congregation and will give an accounting of how well we are doing as stewards with what God has blessed us.
