Family Nickname: Cayda
The highlight of my life is being married to Kim and knowing that she somehow has put up with me for 26 years (as of August 7, 2008). We have two of the most extraordinary sons that God has ever given to very ordinary parents: Jeremiah is 20 and a junior at CMU studying graphic design. Noah is 18 and is beginning as a freshman at CMU preparing for a career as a Physician’s Assistant.
Kim works at Northwest High School where she RUNS the office (although her title says she is a secretary for the guidance office). NWHS would collapse without her …so would I.
I attended Michigan State University, Oregon State University (1 semester), and The University of Oregon (Go Ducks!), and finally finished a Bachelors degree in music from Morehead State University in Kentucky. I received a Graduate Certificate in Biblical Studies from Multnomah Biblical Seminary in Portland, Oregon.
My passions in life outside of Jesus, Kim and the boys, studying and TEACHING God’s Word, classical music and jazz.
Before Redeemer: Restaurant owner; purchasing manager; Hospice chaplain; but my favorite “job” is husband and dad.
