I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I graduated from Hillsdale College in 1997 with a degree in marketing, and later that same year, I married Monica, who I met while we were students at Hillsdale. I have been a member of Redeemer since we moved to Jackson in 1998.
After four years in the grocery business, I switched gears and began working in the wholesale mortgage industry. Monica and I have two daughters who provide us with much joy and entertainment!
We enjoy spending time with our families and getting away during the summer to my family's cottage on Lake Michigan.
