“I really feel this is where God wants me right now,” says Diane Scouten, Office Manager at Redeemer Lutheran Church since February of 2006. She worked at Comtromics before taking the position at Redeemer, and has no regrets for making the change.
“I prayed for a closer walk with God and then the position was advertised in the church bulletin for several months,” she said. “I kept feeling that I should apply, even though it could mean a pay cut. I was certain that it was an answer to prayer.”
Although she admits that there is some stress involved with the job, Diane feels that the great work environment and the wonderful people she works with and for make for a great work atmosphere.
“I love my job!” she says with a smile.
