Biblical Education at Redeemer
The Holy Scripture being God-breathed, and being His self-revelation to all mankind serves as the foundation of all teaching and learning at RLC.
Sunday Offerings: Fall 2015 OT “Joseph and Moses”- Redeemer Lower Level
Children Pre-K through Grade 5
Redeemer’s kids are taught and led in age-appropriate instruction. The fall 2015 quarter highlights the God-centered leadership of two of the “giants” of the Old Testament.
Challenging. This word describes both living as a tween/teen in our culture and the task of leading and teaching them. Redeemer’s MS students receive instruction in the issues of leading and following under God’s guidance this fall.
God’s truth is unchanging. It’s really all that is in this rapidly moving world. No one experiences that speed more than young people of HS age. Redeemer seeks to prepare our HS students with the twin tools of Bible understanding and the ability to stand in their faith in a world that is increasingly antagonistic to the Christian faith.
Parents and Grandparents (Library)
There is no greater joy than to pass on the Bible and a life lived with Jesus in our homes. Craig Britton leads this group of adult studies with a view to what all our young people are learning in the same hour. Come and get “tooled” to lead your family and to be the primary spiritual educators where you live.
Adult Study (RAC)
Pastor Geml leads this fast-paced and interactive study of Holy Scripture on various books of the Bible and current issues facing those following Christ today. This class is designed so that one can enter at any time. The ages range from college-age and up. Regarding a soon-coming series, “Why Marriage Matters,” Pastor Geml comments: “In March 2013, the Supreme Court of the United States of America heard arguments in two cases regarding same-sex marriage. In June of this year, in a 5-4 decision, the highest court in our land ruled that the Constitution of the United States guarantees the right of same-sex marriage. In this decision we see that the decision of 5 people can change the definition of the word marriage…this study will assist Christians in answering the questions about same-sex marriage and how we can uphold the truth.”
