Romans 3:19-28

Every so often I refrain from writing much of anything as commentary. This is one of those occasions. I am simply going to challenge you to read this bit of Romans perhaps several days in a row. Dr. Mitchell at the seminary challenged us one Friday to go home over the weekend and read and reread this passage 100,000 times. Why? Because the back portion of Romans three is the gospel. Whereas Paul mentions the framework of the gospel in 1 Corinthians 15, here Paul gives the “guts of the gospel.” Read our passage for the week, but go ahead and read all of Romans 3. And be blessed in the Lord as you do.
