Redeemer's Leadership Board met and unanimously approved the recommendation that we move forward toward Calling an Intentional Interim Pastor. The next step is to bring that to the congregation in a special voter's meeting for approval. 

 

Agenda Items Will Include: 

-Brief presentation on Intentional Interim versus Vacancy Pastor

-Motion to move forward with Intentional Interim or Vacancy Pastor

-(Only if Intentional Interim is approved) Motion to allow Leadership Board to interview and enter into a Call with an Intentional Interim Pastor supplied by the Michigan District LCMS 

-Motion to Approve Congregation Constitutional Bylaws change to allow women to serve all positions on our Leadership Board (as brought forward in our previous Voter's Meeting)
